Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

You may be eligible to submit a claim if you purchased a product from BarefootDreams.com between October 14, 2023, to and through June 1, 2026.

You are included in the Settlement Class if:

  • You are a resident of the United States, and
  • You purchased a product from www.barefootdreams.com or any of Defendant’s associated websites during this time period.

Claim Forms must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. EST on July 31, 2026, or postmarked (if mailed) no later than July 31, 2026. Claims submitted after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.

Before Claim Filing: You will need the Unique ID and PIN from the Notice that you received via email. To locate this information, please open your email. Your Unique ID and PIN can be found on the top left corner of the message.

If you are unable to find the email, please check your spam or junk email folder. You may also want to search your inbox for the settlement name or subject line related to the notice. If you did not receive an email Notice or it was accidentally deleted, please contact the Settlement Administrator at 877-417-7449 for assistance or complete and submit a Claim Form, available here, via mail.

After Claim Filing: After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.

If you wish to submit a Claim Form via standard mail, you may download a copy of the Claim Form from the Important Documents Page. You will need to provide all the information requested on the Claim Form, sign it, date it, and then mail to the following address:
